This guide walks you through the minimum steps to have a working aiConnected deployment with your first Persona active.

Create your instance

Sign up at aiconnected.io and create your first Instance. An Instance is your top-level workspace — think of it as your company’s deployment of aiConnected.

Verify your domain

Add and verify your sending domain under Settings → Domains so Personas can send on your behalf.

Create your first Persona

Navigate to Personas → New Persona. Assign a name, role, and up to 10 skill slots. Skill slots define what the Persona is allowed to do.

Connect your first Engine

Enable an Engine from the Capability Fabric marketplace. Start with answerENGINE if you want to capture inbound leads, or dialEngine for outbound calling.

Make your first API call

Use your API key to trigger the Persona via REST and confirm the response.
